__PLEASE NOTE: Filling out & submitting my form does not automatically reserve you a slot. I still need to look over your request, and if for any reason I deem that I am not confident in fulfilling your request, I reserve the right to decline without question.__

Under no circumstances is my art to be used for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens), cryptocurrency, or AI model training in any way, shape, or form.

Once your form is received, I will look it over, then contact you via email to let you know if I am able to take on your request and discuss your commission in greater detail.

If your request is accepted, I will add you to my queue, and send out the invoice. Once slots are filled and invoices sent, I will announce via Twitter that slots are closed.

Payment is upfront, USD only, and will be requested through PayPal invoice sent by me.

Prices that are listed are base prices and additional charges may apply.

if you are commissioning for your OC (original character) please include their name, as well as their profile info.

Know that I will not be designing your character for you, meaning they must already have complete design that I can reference, and that can either be an actual reference sheet, or commissions done by other artists. (e.g. if you provide me with a photo of a cat, with only a text description, I will immediately delete your request)

You must provide CLEAR VISUAL reference of your OC. More than two visual references, as working from a written description alone will not be accepted. When you do include written reference, please use bullet points and keep the list short, I do not need to know everything there is to know about your character.

Know that if the character(s) in question have props, and/or complicated aspects to their designs (e.g. armour, mechanical limbs, intricate patterns in clothing, tattoos, wings, etc) they will cost extra.

If you have a specific pose in mind, please let me know.

Unless specified, a circle/square/rectangle frame with a solid colour or gradient will be used as a backdrop for the character. I will not do Backgrounds.

There will be a limit of 2 free revisions for each stage. any revisions after that will have an additional fee that will be determined depending on the complexity of the changes requested. Additionally, if you request changes after the completed commission is sent, said changes can only be minor.

Upon completion, I will send a 300 DPI PNG file via Dropbox or Google Drive.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the commissioned artwork is for personal use only, and not to be used commercially. Claiming it as your own and/or removing my signature is also prohibited.

I also do not allow my artworks to be used with NFTs in any capacity.

Commissions will be posted on my social media accounts unless specifically requested to be private. If you do not provide a name to credit you by, I can list you as anonymous.

If for whatever reason I am unable to complete your commission, I will refund you, depending on which stage the commission is at and the amount of work done.

Refunds are not permitted once the commission reaches its final stage, as there are multiple chances for revisions before completion.

During this stage, I will provide you with one, or more low-res rough draft. You can request both major and minor changes, or even ask me to draw completely new drafts. (I don’t always provide more than one draft, it really depends on how creative I’m feeling)

After completing the lineart, I will again email you with a low-res image, for your approval. At this point, you can still request changes to be made, before I begin colouring.

At this point, the commission will be complete, and non-refundable. I will email you a Google Drive or Dropbox link to the file. (at this stage, only minor changes will be permitted)
